Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from the Rail and Pocket website, operated by Rail and Pocket. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products. We sell digital products: downloadable PDF files. No physical item is shipped.

License. When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read and print it for your own practice. You may print as many copies as you need for your household. You may not share, resell, upload, distribute or publish the files or any part of them, and you may not use them to teach paid classes or as handouts for clients. All content is owned by Rail and Pocket.

Digital delivery. After payment, download buttons appear on the thank-you page and we email personal download links that stay active for 7 days. You can request fresh links at any time on the /access page with your purchase email. Please download and keep a copy of your files.

Payments. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe on our own checkout page. Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees. Any applicable taxes are your responsibility unless we collect them at checkout.

Refunds.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase on The Rail and Pocket Practice Book, the main product. Add-on products, including individual cross-sell items and the Complete Bundle, are non-refundable. To request a refund, email productadvice.info@gmail.com with your order email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Educational content, not professional coaching. Our products are educational resources for pool and billiards players. They are not professional coaching and do not replace a qualified instructor. Rail and Pocket does not offer, promote or support gambling in any form. League and tournament rules vary: always follow your league's rule book.

Your use of the material. The license does not include rights to resell or commercially use the content. If you choose to use what you learn in any activity of your own, you are responsible for complying with all laws and rules that apply to it.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Rail and Pocket is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury, loss or damage arising from the use of the products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live that apply to you.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
